Ribbon Burner Propane Forge

The blower and variable speed controller assembly are available in a separate listing on this website. I would provide free advise if anyone wants to make their own ribbon burner forge.

This forge easily reaches forge welding temperature and beyond. Temperatures of over 2500 degrees F have been recorded.

Operating pressure is between less than 1 psi and 7 psi. I use approx. 1 to 5 psi for forging, heat treating and forge welding.

What separates this forge from others is the wide range of temperature that can be achieved. The forge can be used for heat treating, forging and forge welding.

The forge comes with a KB Electronics Variable Speed Controller that is adjustable and works great with the Dayton 146 CFM blower.

The Ribbon Burner is 7" wide by 3" tall and is fabricated with steel and Mizzou Plus Castable Refractory.

Forge stand and propane bottle are not included.

0 to 30 PSI Bell Style Regulator and stainless steel braided hose are included.
