The Patent-Pending Jen-Ken Vertical Air Bath 21 allows most culinary blades to be distressed (normalized), hardened, and tempered with little to no warping or distortion in the kiln. This kiln size is good for blades up to 13” long with tangs up to 6” long.

AF3P: 3-KeyThe AF3P is a variable PID controller, that is simple and easy to use. It includes multiple software configurations that are specialized for a variety of applications. This 3-button system allows you to use one of 4 preset firing schedules and has an additional 4 slots that allow the operator to program and save customized firing schedules for multiple step kiln firings. Each program can contain up to 8 heating or cooling rates, 8 target temperatures and 8 hold periods.
The AutoFire®3000 controller is a variable PID temperature controller for any electric kiln application, that includes many standard features, a user-friendly 12-key keypad and robust temperature control software. The controller allows the operator to create, program and save 9 separate firing schedules with 10 or more user defined heating and cooling rates, target temperatures and hold times. Many kiln operators prefer the AutoFire®3000 because of its versatility and proven reliability. Robust electronics and a four-layer circuit board design make the controller immune to electrical noise and able to perform in industrial environments.
TAP – Touch Screen Kiln ControlThe Temperature Automation by Proportional Integral-Derivative (TAP) controller is the first commercially available kiln controller that utilizes a Graphical User Interface (GUI). It has an intuitive touch screen that allows the user start to finish control of a firing process. It includes features such as diagnostics and Preventative Maintenance Alerts that keep the user informed about the status and remaining life expectancy of critical kiln components (relays, thermocouples, and heating elements).
